About the Conference

The International Conference on Responsible Tourism and Hospitality (ICRTH) is an academic cum professional (industry) event that aims to advance the discourse on responsible tourism for sustainable development. More than just an event, ICRTH is an avenue that brings tourism and hospitality stakeholders, including public sectors, private companies, academic institutions, associations, and local communities together to share resources, network and build collaborations.

  1. Registration fee includes admission fee, morning/afternoon tea breaks and lunches for the 3-day conference, experiential excursion and networking dinner. It does not include accommodation, transportation to the conference venue, dinners, and airport transfers.
  2. Registration fee for attending ICRTH physically will be waived for REBORN members under the category of Standard and Premium. For more information about REBORN membership, click here: responsibleborneo.com/join-us/membership
  3. Virtual presentation is not applicable to Impact Stories.
  4. Fee per post-conference workshop, inclusive of light refreshments.
  5. Non-refundable and subject to review decision. Rejected papers will be transferred to proceedings with ISBN.
  6. Responsible Tourism Fieldwork is an optional post-conference activity on 19th June 2025. Transportation and partial meals are included. Delegates need to extend their stay to join the fieldwork.
  7. Networking dinner is included in the package for delegates who participate physically. Non-ICRTH 2025 delegate (e.g., spouse of a delegate) can register for the networking dinner (USD30/PHP1700 per person), post-conference workshop and/or fieldwork if interested.
